Every item at Cold Prints is printed & fulfilled in house from our studio located in Bristol, UK. This ensures every item can be quality checked before leaving us.
We will make your order as soon as we can, but sometimes there can be a slight wait during busy periods. Once your item is made, we check for quality and accuracy.
Your order status won’t change until it has been dispatched so please don’t worry if you don’t hear anything from us during your shipping time.

Will I have to pay customs charges?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Cold Prints. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Cold Prints, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
We are now official partners with DHL & DPD. Both services offer speedy delivery times & live tracking updates on your parcels so you never have to miss a delivery.

We decorate all of your orders in-house and try our best to get them out to you as quickly as possible.
At particularly busy times your orders may take a little longer than usual so please bear with us!

Return Policy
Please contact us within 14 working days via our contact page to request a return, We’ll send the specific returns address and instructions on how to do so.
All returns for refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
We do not offer exchanges for different sizes. We recommend ordering the new size/item you would like and returning the original product for a refund.
Mystery boxes and custom orders are both non refundable.
Please retain your proof of postage to avoid disappointment. If you cannot provide proof of postage or a receipt for your returned item your exchange may be be denied.
Returned items must be in the same condition unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a exchange if items are not received in their original condition.
We do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
